My practice is built on a lifelong fear of forgetting and a fascination with the unreliable nature of memory. My practice draws from queer archives, art history, embodied cultural knowledge, and autoethnographic methodologies. I explore queer temporalities, found family, and "home" primarily through mixed media collage and assemblage, painting from life, and writing. I emphasize what is missing, what could be imagined, and what is worthy of remembrance.
