Vernard S. Fields is a Cincinnati-based filmmaker, multimedia designer, and creative director with over 20 years of experience in visual storytelling, branding, and content production. He is the founder and president of the Black Cincinnati Cinema Collective, an organization dedicated to empowering Black filmmakers through education, collaboration, and community.
Vernard has led and contributed to a wide range of projects, including commercial campaigns, short films, and branded content for clients such as Procter & Gamble and Crossroads Church. A former City Producer for the Cincinnati 48 Hour Film Project, he has managed and mentored multiple filmmaking teams in high-pressure creative environments.
Through his company, Planit Production Studio, Vernard continues to develop compelling visual content while building platforms that support emerging creatives and innovative storytelling.
