Tony Lipps is a professional artist located at 516 Linn St, studio 520, Cincinnati, Ohio 45203, Linncinnati Studios. Lipps grew up in Cincinnati and graduated Moeller High School in 2001. Lipps attended Kent State University from 2001-2005 where he studied Fine Art. In 2005 Lipps moved back to Cincinnati and joined with the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office where he served from 2005-2019 as a Corrections officer and a Law Enforcement Officer. In 2019 Lipps left the Sheriff's office to pursue a career as a full time artist.
Lipps is married to his wife Libby and has two sons, Julius and Remy.
