About the Artist

Born in Cincinnati, Sofia Castagna spent 10 years of her childhood in St. Augustine, Fl which instilled her love of the ocean. The majority of her life besides that has been lived in Cincinnati. She has a BFA from the University of Cincinnati's DAAP program, and has spent eight years since graduating working at SKT ceramics, working in ceramic production and with screen printing techniques. This past year has been her foray into working full-time as an Artist, specializing in commissioned house, pet, and figurative portraits.
