I study Fine Arts at the University of Cincinnati’s School of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP). My work takes heavy inspiration the third spaces, specifically local parks and green spaces. After working in the conservation corps and returning to these spaces, I found that there is a deeply meditative quality that comes with visiting a park. I feel as if greenery allows for a stronger sense of universal consciousness and gives one the space to be okay with being lost. My work serves to document my personal lived experience and to uplift these sites along with the people who frequent them.
