About the Artist

Nora Barton is a cellist based in northern Kentucky. She accompanies yoga classes, hosts ambient noise jams and performs regularly as Planchette, an experimental solo project that enriches spaces with ethereal cello energy.

As an unplugged cellist, she works with the Arts in Healing team playing for patients and their families at Hospice of Cincinnati and UC Medical center. She also performs with ensemble School House Symphony, delivering educational performances to preschool through eighth grade classrooms throughout Greater Cincinnati.
