About the Artist
Anissa is an artist, teacher, and organizer in Cincinnati, Ohio creating murals and arts programming. She is dedicated to arts accessibility and the importance of community expression.In her painting practice, she searches for softness in chaos, reminders of resiliency, and weird, otherworldly forms.
Anissa is also a co-founder and board member of Girls Rock Cincinnati, a summer music camp for gender-expansive teens.
“Stream of Consciousness” is painted on the side of the historic Hamilton Lane Library - completed in 2023 for StreetSpark, painting was led by Anissa Pulcheon and Sydnie McAdams. Painting team: Trinity Stewart, Olivia Celesti, and Ellie Wallace.
